The OPTI-JECT fertilizer series is a high-quality product fully developed and produced in the Netherlands. With years of experience in manure injection, KAWECO perfectly translates the needs of users into an ideal fertilizer. The OPTI-JECT is simple and very lightweight. The frame and components are completely galvanized. The bearings of the fertilizer discs are accessible and easy to lubricate. This makes the fertilizer easy to maintain. The pressure spring ensures that the machine follows the ground with the 30 cm convex disc, and the track-following element ensures excellent results. The OPTI-JECT is available in working widths of 6.40, 7.20, and 8 meters.
Built for the best result
The OPTI-JECT element
Using the pressure spring system with the 2 convex discs of 30 cm, the manure is worked into the ground. Due to this suspension in plastic bearing bushes, the element can move a few degrees relative to the main frame. The large discs ensure that the machine pulls lightly and provides a neat result. The mechanical or hydraulic shut-off valves allow for precise work at the headland.
