Maximum output capacity and overview
To complete the XERION package, KAWECO developed its own build with front unit for the XERION SADDLE TRAC at the end of 2015. To save weight, the tank is entirely made of epoxy resin. This construction method reduces the weight by 1,500 kg, allowing for an increase in effective capacity. Combined with a 9,000 l/min pump and a very well-thought-out manure path, KAWECO offers a self-propelled machine with unprecedented high capacity.

Maximum filling capacity
The 16,000 l build tank is equipped with 10” filling lines and can be filled within 80 seconds in combination with the Vogelsang VX186-520QD rotary lobe pump (Optional 12,000 l/min). Complete 10” filling line from the filling arm to the rotary lobe pump with a minimum number of bends, made possible by a smart positioning of the pump. This also allows for easy removal of the pump for maintenance using a pallet fork. The 10” maxi-filler in the filling arm of the front unit ensures that the manure is pushed towards the pump. The positive result is a higher capacity, a smooth operation, and a longer lifespan of the rotary lobe pump due to the lower underpressure.
