The KAWECO DOUBLE TWIN SHIFT chassis features four large wheels in a single row, with the outer wheels able to be extended outward. This creates a continuous track of tank and tractor, without driving over the same track multiple times. This unique construction method minimally impacts soil life and keeps drainage channels in the soil intact. The result is less pooling on the land, no track formation, earlier start with fertilization, etc. The stable extendable profiles are equipped with synthetic sliding strips, making the system very low maintenance. The wheels are hydraulically suspended, ensuring perfect adaptation to the contours of the land and a perfect distribution of weight over the 4 wheels. On the road, the hydraulic suspension provides comfortable and stable driving characteristics. All wheels are braked for maximum safety.
