This privacy policy does not apply to company data where no personal data of individuals can be derived from this company data. ii. Website Visitors: When you visit our website (whether as a customer, representative or in any other capacity), we collect personal data about you obtained through registrations, applications, purchases, queries made to us, registrations to receive direct marketing as well as data collected automatically during the visit to our website.   

WHO WE ARE  
Depending on where you live and which of our services you use, this website is operated by Royal Reesink B.V., headquartered in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, (hereinafter referred to as “Royal Reesink”, “we” or “us”). If you make use of our services (including purchasing our products) outside this website, it depends on the Royal Reesink company with which you have entered into a contract which Royal Reesink company is responsible for processing your data. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
The personal data we collect about you when you use our services includes the following: * Your contact details. Your name, address and other contact details, such as your telephone number and e-mail address as well as other contact details you provide to us. * Automatically collected data. When you enter our buildings or premises, you will be recorded by our surveillance cameras (CCTV). This includes details of the specific industry in which you operate. * Your use of our services. We collect data relating to your use of our services, such as the purchases you make (either online or as part of the sales process), the amount and date of your purchase, the product or service you purchase, place of purchase, method of payment, etc. * Your communication details. Your questions, complaints and other data we receive when we communicate with you via email or online. * Other personal data. This includes any personal data you provide to us in the course of your contractual relationship with us, whether given voluntarily or upon request. 

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Royal Reesink collects and processes your personal data for the purposes listed below and within the limits of the law. Please note that we may also use the information we already hold about you for the same purposes. For the performance of our agreement with you: To perform obligations arising for us from the contracts concluded between you and us, and to provide you with the information and services you request, including managing and processing your requests, queries or complaints. WE SHARE YOUR DATA
We share your personal data with the following parties: * Data controllers within the Royal Reesink Group. Your personal data will be shared between the responsible Royal Reesink companies that may process your personal data as described in this privacy policy for internal administrative purposes, management purposes, analytical purposes and other business-related purposes. Your personal data will only be used by Royal Reesink companies for marketing purposes if you have given your explicit consent. From time to time we engage external parties, including: o Business partners, suppliers (such as IT service providers) and subcontractors to perform contracts we enter into with them or to provide services on our behalf; o Financial institutions; o Leasing companies; o Telemarketing companies and other advertising companies performing marketing activities on our behalf; o Analysis and search engine providers that help us improve and optimise our website, such as Google Analytics. To provide these services, they will access, receive, store or otherwise process personal data on our behalf. Our contracts with these service providers prohibit the use of your personal data for their own (marketing) purposes. We take measures to restrict access to your personal data to those who need access for any of the purposes specified in this privacy policy. In addition, we stipulate contractually that third parties must also process your personal data with the same confidentiality, ensuring the integrity and security of your data. 

DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and processed (such as for the duration necessary to provide customer service to you, answer queries or resolve technical issues), unless a longer period is necessary to comply with our legal obligations or to defend ourselves against legal claims. 

YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to the conditions set out in applicable law, you have the right to access, view, correct, update, request confidentiality, restrict access and delete the personal data you have provided to us, and may request an electronic copy of the personal data for transfer to another company by sending an email to gdpr@royal.reesink.nl containing your request. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law. In your request, please indicate which personal data you would like us to change or remove from our database, or let us know what restrictions you would like us to apply to our use of the data. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably possible. Please note that we may need to retain certain personal data for archiving purposes and/or to complete transactions you entered into before a request for change or deletion was made. Where you have given your own consent for us to process your personal data, you may also withdraw such consent at any time by sending an email to gdpr@royal.reesink.nl and requesting that we do so. However, this does not imply that the processing based on consent prior to the cancellation date thereby becomes unlawful.
